C.A.R.E.S. Cottage

Located at 306 Surprise Street, the C.A.R.E.S. Cottage is a free service to the community and provides information and resources for a variety of diagnoses. Services also available include information on medical assistance, support groups and much more. The C.A.R.E.S.
